Lesson Confirmation
Lessons are confirmed only after full payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 12 hours notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 12 hours notice cannot be rescheduled.
Missed Lessons
Missed lessons or no-shows are fully chargeable and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Punctuality & Late Arrival
If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, the lesson may be cancelled and will be considered a mussed lesson. Late arrival does not extend the lesson time.
Communication
All scheduling changes must be agreed directly with the teacher.
Lesson Preparation
Students are encouraged to prepare between lessons in order to make the most of their tuition. Where applicable, sheet music should be brought to each lesson.
Lesson Readiness
If a student is unprepared or unable to proceed with the lesson, the teacher may offer to reschedule the lesson.
Teacher Cancellations
In the unlikely event that the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, at least 12 hours notice will be given, and the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once a lesson or a package has been purchased.
Location
All lessons are conducted in person at: Headlam Street, London E1 5RT. Online lessons are NOT offered.
Health Informarion
Parents or students are kindly asked to inform the teacher in advance of any relevant medical conditions (such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, or similar conditions)
Supervision
Parents/guardians remain responsible for the student before and after the end of the lesson. The teacher is responsible for the student only during the scheduled lesson time
Monthly/Term Tuition Validity
Lesson packages are valid for a fixed period from the date of the first lesson. Monthly tuition (8 lessons) are valid from 40 days. Term tuition (24 lessons) are valid for 100 days.
All lessons must be used within the validity period. Unused lessons will expire after this period and cannot be carried over or refunded. Rescheduling is possible within the validity period but does not extend it.
